This is a family owned operation very close to where you want to be in Arequipa. The showers are hot, the breakfast is hearty, and the staff are really sweet--they go out of their way to help.

Only negatives are rooms are very small, and in the June July August months, very chilly. Ask for extra blankets! Also, bring earplugs, as you are on a main street with lots of noisy taxis and trucks.

Good position for visiting the city and nice rooms

it is a really great three star hotel, great price for the services we received from this fantastic place. Rooms were nice, cozy and comfortable. Bathrooms were good enough, with towels, soap and a lot of hot water.. We were in front of a nice terrace with a nice view of the tower of the Cathedral of Arequipa. The staff was very frindly, helpful and .professional. The owners speak English and are always there to help you, assit you and advise you about anything you need, such as what places to visit, what food to eat, what restaurants to go, etc. Location of this hotel is the best, just two blocks from main plaza of Arequpa, about four blocks from Santa Catalina Convent. It is a great hotel and the price was amazing, even with brakfast and wi fi included in the price for the room

3 Stars is a lie. Its very loud (close to a main street), the rooms are small, there are no towels. The staff speaks very little english and does not help with the baggage.

very good location, free internet. Hotel people are friendly, but not professional and they can´t speak English, we have communication problems.

We liked the soft beds, the very friendly and helpful staff and the location.

Internet wifi is 'promised' throughout the hotel, but only works in certain rooms. The staff did everything to find a double room with wifi but none were available or it didn't work in those that were available. It does work downstairs though.

The location is the best, just two blocks from major plaza, four blocks from Monastery of Santa Catalina. The staff and owners are fantastick, they do the most to make you feel very comfortable, they helped me with my lost luggage with the airline compnay, they came with me to make the claim and were with me till I got my luggage. They arrange for me a nice and very cheap colca trip. Rooms are okay taking into consideration the best value price I paid.

It was difficult for taxi driver to find the hotel

It is a good place to stay when visiting Arequipa, very conveniently located, just two blocks form main square, from banks, from atm, from museums, from supermarket. Rooms were big enough and very clean, hot water always. Staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast made with fresh fruit juices. A nice terrace from where you can see the Cathedral of Arequipa.

It is a nice place with and excellent location, but the most importatn for us was the excellent service, help and assistance we received from the whole staff and owneers. They were excelelnt and professional persons and so friendly ones in any point of view. They didn`t see us as customers, but as friends. We felt very comfortable there. Any were else we were tried so kind and friendly. Rooms are goo and clean, breakfast is okay, terrace is nice and with a lot of sun, the location is superb.
